Ingredients:
- flour 1 cup
- baking powder 1 tsp
- castor sugar 1 cup
- eggs 3
- oil 1/2 cup
- cocoa powder 5-6 tbsp
- vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat the eggs together with vanilla essence until they're three times in volume with the help of an electric beater.
- Add sugar slowly until well mixed.
- Add oil slowly until well mixed.
- Set aside the electric beater and fold in flour. Divide the mix into two equal parts.
- Add cocoa powder to one part and 1/4 cup warm milk (if the mixture gets too thick).
- Pour in a greased pan one by one. with the help of a fork, make swirls to give a marble effect.
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25-30 minutes.
