Ingredients:
- Oats 1 1/4 cup
- Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Coconut powder 1/2 cup
- Butter 125 grams
- Honey 1 Tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Preheat oven at a 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients well with hands. Place the mixture in a square pan, press firmly to make the surface smooth and the contents closer together.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or unti the surface turns golden brown.
